We are not liable for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by postal or customs authorities. We work closely with all of our carriers in hopes to avoid the above mentioned issues by providing them with documentation and carefully following their rules and guidelines but mistaken identity (contents of the package) can cause these setbacks.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. As much as we try to make sure that every order ships out as soon as possible (please see our Shipping Policy for details) there can be unforeseen delays such as weather and heavy volume (holiday seasons) periods that can result in delays after shipment from our facility. We will do everything in our power to assist in any way we can.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. The only exceptions to this rule pertain to the product arriving damaged or defective. We try to assure that every single product meets our quality control guidelines but sometimes things slip through or go un-noticed. We will do our best to work with you in an attempt to make things right.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Info@cdxx-dispensary.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. NOTE: We will request that you return the defective, damaged and unused product to us before making a decision in regards to replacement. This will be at our sole discretion.
