Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. The only exceptions to this rule pertain to the product arriving damaged or defective. We try to assure that every single product meets our quality control guidelines but sometimes things slip through or go un-noticed. We will do our best to work with you in an attempt to make things right.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Info@cdxx-dispensary.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

NOTE: We will likely request that you return the defective, damaged and unused product to us before making a decision in regards to replacement. Unfortunately we can not consider nor ship any replacement until we have received the damaged or defective one. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We will cover the cost to ship any replacement to you if deemed one is justified. This will be at the sole discretion of our quality control team.

We do not issue refunds but may provide store credit based solely on our discretion.
